Had 2 contested possessions and a rebound as well but that is still pretty odd.

No idea, definitely an anomaly though,the score sheet here only credited him one possession so not sure about two, but still out of the norm I think

Nearly every single time a player gets a game ending injury in the first 20 minutes of play their score normally goes up even when their not playing.

It also means their DE stays where it is which given it was early on means it would be pretty high. Game won in first qtr also give that qtr more scaling. If you look at someone who gets 60 in first qtr and then don't do anything for 2 qtrs aka selwood, they still usually get to a ton.
