:o Didn't even notice! Hang on... Try 3! Alexandria also playing a home final, just like Cairo. #TheBestXVsFranchiseInAfrica

So you're saying that's better than the 3 South American teams finishing 1st, 2nd and 4th? :P

Europe has got this 9th and 10th teams massive advantage and pnl as always a lot better than their ladder position indicates.
I was going to say... Looks like Europe could man-handle The Americas with just New York there! Very strong teams considering none made the top 8.

Stats

Number of games finals experience

Mexico City: 52 from 18 players
Buenos Aires: 41 from 16 players
Cape Town: 38 from 16 players
Sao Paulo: 26 from 17 players
Toronto: 22 from 13 players
Moscow: 15 from 11 players
Cairo: 13 from 7 players (impressive for a side that didn't make the finals last year)
Berlin: 8 from 4 players

Best finals performer:

Cairo: Dayne Beams was best on ground and won 2 Finals Champions medals in both his finals last year for Moscow, scoring 336 at an Ablett-esque average of 168

Mexico City: Aaron Sandilands was best on grand in the Grand Final last year winning the Ayres/McLeod medal, averaging 144.67 across his 3 finals.

Cape Town: Midfield superstar Trent Cotchin was a key reason for the Cobras march to the Grand Final last year, averaging 140.67 over 3 finals

Sao Paulo: Matthew Wright had a stunning finals series, highlighted by winning the O'Brien medal against Buenos Aires, scoring 280 points across 2 matches.

Moscow: Nic Natanui the obvious choice, but is injured an unlikely to be involved. Heath Shaw was solid in defense last year, averagining 95.5 in 2 finals.

Toronto: Brock McLean was poached from the Mexico City Suns on the back of his finals campaign, average 121.25 across 4 matches.

Buenos Aires: Here's hoping injury prone Matthew Boyd will be available this year, after averaging 116 across 3 games in finals last year.

Berlin: The Brewers went hard after Cobra Jack Grimes for good reason, as the skilled defender averaged over 100 down back in the finals last year.
