There are a lot of forwards in the AFL atm that wouldn't get a game in the swans side next year  :-X

Thats where I got it...lol

Capper

Lamb looks like he has left for GWS,

Also Mattner signed as an assistant

Mailman the 2nd

Looks like he's sees the writing on the wall from Franklin coming in.

Kinda frustrating, because now Everitt and Armstrong will likely stay...

Surely he doesnt walk out without having a chat with someone at the club who may have told him his opportunities are limited to injury replacement.....

Really disappointing to lose him over guys like Everett and Armstrong you are right MM

Lamb probably see's a lot more money long-term at a different club rather than Sydney.

If he was really to kick up another gear from this year Sydney I doubt we'd be able to pay him too much.

I found this kinda lulzworthy...

Tony Armstrong has landed himself in a bit of a pickle. He knocked back a move to Collingwood and now Sydney are about to delist him.

given the option i guess Everett > Armstrong if you are going to keep one after losing Lamb

Everett seems determined to stay in NSW, even though WC were interested.

I'd keep Everitt, if only for that goal after the siren against Geelong...  8)

I'm pretty certain that was before the siren :P

After/before/certain time period near the siren, whatever  :P  ;D

Capper

Have to agree, would keep Everitt before Armstrong

Everett has become very popular. Hope that drives up the price!! If Carlton offer 32/33? Surely worth more than their pick 51!

Maybe Lamb and Everett to GWS will help us drive up to 22. They cant get both in PSD.

All reports say Armstrong will get delisted then picked up for nothing by the Pies next week. Might change if we lose both the above though..

I have a feeling he'll stay, not that I want him to.

I guess I dont mind either way. He has proved to be quite handy without being outstanding. But his departure allows for a Towers/Membrey type to get some senior games.
