Changes to the Swans for next year

From what i understand, he was offered a 2yr contract and said no. He was then fielding offers and now wants to re-sign. but the 2yr contract is now off the table

Regardless of age, Pyke looks a lot better than Mumford for mine next year. He's only 2 years older anyway

He looks in better shape, he marks the ball better and he was easily one of the top 5 rucks this year.

Pyke's been basically injury free as well, whereas Mumford has had problems all over in the last couple of years.

There are always going to be decent ruckman who are stuck without any games at their clubs like Mummy, Maric etc.

I'm sure GWS would have to give him a big salary anyway, which would mean higher comp pick
