Then would you have enough to upgrade either Clisby or Pittard to a defender and move Grimes to your bench as cover?

Possibly, it it worth going to carter instead of a basement price rookie? Seeing as I already have cover in the midfield, and so grimes I should keep this week.

My opinion on bench cover is to have players that are getting games you do not know what will happen during the DT finals you may not have enough trades to cover anything that may happen.The ruck line is an exception tho.
I think Carter will play long enough (if not the rest of the year) for you to make some cash.
If you get say Enright in Grimes would be your bench cover for the year.
