Help!!! Double who to start headache?

Really stuck on who to leave on the bench this week, (in both the mids and fwds)

Here's the choices:
MID; Gaj,Swan,Pend,Barlow,Jack,Griffen,Beams,Jelwood,Cotchin.

FWD; SJ,Martin,JJK,Cloke,Bartel,Buddy,Rocky.

Whilst its quite a nice problem to have I'm going round in circles with it!

1 trade left this week which is probably Nicholls to Grundy. Have gone Titchell to Beams so far.

Man tough choice, both look wicked, forwards i was thiinking Cloke just because of Carlisle.  Mids probably go for Cotchin just because the rest are frikkin awesome.

Thanks, I was leaning to Cotchin too, and fwd's I think it's down to Cloke or Bartel.

Bartel has an average of 108 vs Kangaroos so be careful
