Zorko vs Staker

Brisbane play the saints at the gabba. Who would you play on field?

I would field Staker mate. Zorko just hasn't been able to crack the tonne. Plus Staker also ends up kicking a few most of the time.

I would play Staker aswell. Scored 3 tonnes not long ago. Loves to win/seal the game with a goal. I have the luxury of both on the bench this week. Surely Zorko is due for massive score though.

I was playing zorko over Staker for a few weeks missing out on stakers 100s while zorko stunk it up on the field then of course the week I put Staker on field he scored a 60. Now in 2 minds as to which way I should go.

With Hanley returning this week it will benefit Staker as it will allow him to play his previous roaming role which he has done effectively mopping up a lot of attacks and bobbing up forward to take marks and goals.

Zorko has shown some improvement as well in recent weeks and with Moloney out may get into the mids again, With Lions playing Merrett forward again Zorko and Green are starting to get opportunites as well as the crumbing forwards. Can not see Zorko cracking the ton though but would love to be proved wrong.

So not with a great deal of confidence Staker for me.

I think both should have good games against the hapless Saints but Zorko has more potential to go real big so I would go with him.

i haven't been following Zorko (lucky me) at all this year ... but quinny, dude ... you've got to upgrade Zorks and then Staker is your bench cover!   ;)

heh, heh - i'm guessing the trade situation is curtailing that option so i would say if Ringo is right (and he often is when it comes to all things Bris Lions), then in him i trust and Staker.

I read someone's theory that Staker's scores playing up fwd have been affected by Browny coming back in - so is really going to depend on where and how you think Vossy is going to play him!  :o   :-\  :-X   :P

not sure either?? I switched oxley into the backline to take clisbys score, so not sure who to play in the fwds
