Which ruck would be best choice from here on in?

Goldy - in form but will he be rested?
18 (38.3%)
Minson - reliable, prob no chance of resting, but doesn't go as big as Goldy?
6 (12.8%)
Kruezer - in great form, and will be eager to perform with Blues chasing finals berth?
23 (48.9%)

I don't trust kruz    For me goldy is clearly no 1 but the rest factor sees me considering Munson.   Hard choice this

It is doing my head in. Would grab Goldy if rest factor wasn't an issue.

Sabretooth Tigers

 ???
From the poll Goldy, why would Nth rest him ?? Personally patiently waiting for Sandi's price to plummet near Nicnats and for him to show some form. Can't wait long although patient.  ;)

he's been rucking all season and he's tiring/ his input is down- I'd rest him against gws if I was scott.

I voted Kreuzer
I just think he is finally doing what everyone has been waiting for and seems to be thriving under Malthouse.
Goldy is in just as good form I hope they don't rest him just bring in someone to back him up in the games.

I have him and Goldy loving that combo

I. Just. Can't. Do. It!.

On the never again list after burning me twice! but oh he is in great form!

Question though, although not on the list, anyone considering taking a massive risk on Sandi considering Freo's SC finals run?
Surely he can make it through 4 weeks... right?
You didn't seem to be a big fan of the idea a few days back haha

lol if it was for anything longer than a few matches I wouldn't even ponder the thought. As I said, very risky but Ive been thinking that 1. He would be a good POD and 2. Freo has a great fixture.

However, with only 2 trades left I don't have the balls to take the risk

his input is down
Just pumped out a 153, not sure what a good input would be if that isn't.
I would choose Goldy because he's clearly the best and I don't think he'll end up being rested, but I don't think you can really go wrong with any of the three.

currymunchers

go kreuz mate. in unbelievable form. goldy and minson both seem to be tiring from long seasons rucking alone whereas kreuz has missed a few games through injuries so should be a little fresher and is playing like a man possessed after getting belted in the media!

Ok, I still can't decide. Here are some stats on their run home.

KRUEZER
Last 8: 122, 89, 111, 111, 136, 107, 139, 140 (Avg 119)
Rd 19: Freo (Etihad). Highest v Freo (94), Lowest v Freo (6), Avg v Freo (59)
Rd 20: WB (Etihad). Highest v dogs (107, lowest v dogs (88), Avg v dogs (97)
Rd 21: Rich (MCG). Highest (125), lowest (89), Avg (106)
Rd 22: Ess (MCG). Highest (94), lowest (45), Avg (73)
Rd 23: Port (AAMI). Highest (140), lowest (80), Avg (100)

Pro: playing port in SC grand final week, which will probably decide 8th spot. He'll be a man possessed.
Con: playing bombers in SC prelim week, who he doesn't score well against

GOLDY
Last 8: 120, 117, 104, 103, 131, 85, 97, 158 (Avg 114)
Rd 19: Geel (Etihad). Highest (105), lowest (54), Avg (77)
Rd 20: Adel (AAMI). Highest (144), lowest (98), Avg (113)
Rd 21: Ess (Etihad). Highest (92), lowest (48), Avg (75)
Rd 22: Haw (Etihad). Highest (127), lowest (89), Avg (112)
Rd 23: Coll (MCG). Highest (138), lowest (60), Avg (104)

Pro: strong average vs all opposition in SC finals, except Essendon. BUT, if you are top 4 and win you get a week off this game.
Con: rest rumours, plus sharing duties with Daw or Currie (potentially, who the f*#k knows)

MINSON
Last 8: 133, 82, 96, 125, 114, 118, 83, 118 (Avg 108)
Rd 19: Syd (Etihad). Highest (107), lowest (52), Avg (80)
Rd 20: Carl (Etihad). Highest (117), lowest (52), Avg (80)
Rd 21: Adel (Etihad). Highest (103), lowest (22), Avg (60)
Rd 22: Bris (Gabba). Highest (126), lowest (20), Avg (82)
Rd 23: Melb (Etihad). Highest (125), lowest (43), Avg (77)

Pro: super consistent, with highest scores of over 100 versus all upcoming opponents. Plus Brisbane (SC prelim) and Melb (SC Grand final) could be big scores for him
Con: doesn't go as big as Goldy or Kruezer

SUMMARY
To be honest I am still confused which to take. I am leaning towards Kruezer but his history vs Essendon does worry me. If I knew that Goldy would man up and play out the final 5 weeks before taking a rest I'd probably take him.

So after all that analysis, I'm still no closer  :-\

Bluesalltheway

Good thing about Minson is he verses Melborune in the Supercoach Grand Final. Ruckmen SMASH Melbourne, as Goldstein showed last week.

fever

didnt read thread but voted kreuzer. in great form and carlton actually have something to play for.
