What trades to make? Will Cheer!

5 trades left
125k in the bank

Highlighted in bold are the players giving me grief due to form or injury, would love some suggestions!

Def: Goddard(MID), Gibbs(MID), Heppell(MID), Hanley, Ibbotson, Hartlett(MID) (Staker(FWD), Thurlow)

Mids: Ablett, Pendles, Swan, Danger, JPK, Priddis, Deledio, Mitchell (Crouch, Saunders(DEF))

Rucks: Cox(FWD), Nicholls, (Jacobs, Currie)

Fwds: Stevie J(MID), NROO, Roughead(RUCK), Rockliff, Kennedy, Bartel(MID) (Daniher, Oxley(DEF))

I fall 5-10k short of going Nicholls to Goldie/Minson leaving Jacobs as cover, So i think i may go:
Jacobs - Grundy
Nicholls - Minson/Goldy
This would leave me with 3 trades and roughly 270k in the bank, next week i would go Crouch to Beams/Griffen/Barlow, Leaving me with 2 trades for injuries & suspensions for finals, if i got a clean run with injuries i would trade lids or priddis for one of Beams/Griffen/Barlow with one or two weeks to go.
Does anyone have any better trade ideas? I will cheer!

your uncertainties there are Nicholls and NRoo. Ideally i would go Jacobs to Gorringe to give you a backup if Nicholls goes down again but that will prob leave you short to do you your mid upgrade no?
I also see NRoo having an early end to the season so 1 of those 1-2 remaining trades may be used on him and just have to hope Hanley and Danger make it back this week or next.

I would def go Griffen or Barlow or even think about Jack.

Cheers mate, thoughts on Grundy's JS? I haven't really taken any notice as to when Jolly will be back

Grundy played well, but I doubt the pies will carry him into the finals. Big Jol is only a week or two away, and Hudson will be given preference over Grundy too. I would suggest a rookie ruck like McBean, who allows you to use Rough for ruck cover and then one of Minson or Goldy- leaving you with a stack of cash and 3 upgrades for the next couple of weeks.

Grundy imo will have limited JS with Hudson due to return and Jolly only a week or 2 away and with Witts also playing he will be down the order.

I would go Jacobs to McBean to create DPP with Roughie and then Nicholls to Goldy or Minson. Believe you will need one of these to be a threat in the final.

Leaves you 3 trades with a nice cash chest to reak havoc in finals.

As been said, don't like his JS
