6 trades, please help me make best use of them

Hi guys, 6 trades left and sitting in equal 1st. Playing 2nd bottom so guaranteed top 4.

I'm planning on holding off upgrading until next week, but was going to use 1 trade this week to free up some cash.

Trade1: Goodes to Oxley (allow DPP with Staker)

Def: Goddard, Gibbs, Hartlett, Duffield, Ellis, Clisby (Hanley, OXLEY)
Mid: GAJ, Swan, Pendles, JPK, Cotchin, Mundy, Priddis, T Mitchell (Crouch, Kmart)
Ruc: Cox, Maric (Nicholls, Rowe)
Fwd: Stevie J, Bartel, Buddy, Dusty, Rocky, Walker (Staker, Lee)

With 5 trades and $409k (after Goodes to Oxley) heading into finals, where should I be prioritising?

Looks good mate.

Trade for cash grab is good.

As for luxury - I would be looking to give Priddis or Maric the flick for Griffen and Goldy / Minno.

This team needs more heavy artillery down back. With a low BE and a kick like a mule, surely to goodness The Cannon comes in for Goodes.

Maybe Ellis to Oxley the week after but only if required. Not much price change predicted.

Crouch will ripen after next week and then Ellis 375 + Crouch 385 - Oxley 95 leaves a heap for a top top mid like Griffen or Beams if you like.

6 def premiums, 8 mids plus Mitchell, 2 rucks + Nicholls and 6F's plus Staker.

I'd personally upgrade Maric and Crouch. You'll have enough cash to get Griffen and Kreuzer with 90k and 3 trades leftover. I think.. that seems too good to me.. did I do the math right?  :o

Yes mate, that works. Was looking at Kruezer or Goldy and both have BEs in the 70's, so I guess I probably should grab this week?

That will leave 4 trades and $300k to turn Crouch to Griffen next week.

Ok, what are people's thoughts on this plan:
1. Goodes to Oxley (move Staker back and Clisby to bench)
2. Ellis to Cannon

Leaves 4 trades and $321,800

Next week:
1. Crouch ($376k) to Griffen ($577k) - need $200k if prices stay same. Crouch BE is 56, Griffen BE is 116
2. Maric ($452,700) to Minson ($531,300) - need $80k if prices stay same. Maric BE is 111, Minson BE is 128
Effectively will have $321,800 and need roughly $280k, so will be tight

Team would look like below: with 2 trades and about $40k

Def: Goddard, Gibbs, Cannon, Hartlett, Duffield, Staker (Hanley, Clisby)

Another quick question, what are your thoughts on mr grabbing Dixon instead of Cannon? I don't know much about him, but seems he has the ability to go big, and with GWS in rd 23 could be a good POD. Plus he is about $40k cheaper which may come in handy?
