I reckon by nominations. Its one thing to score well when everyone else is. But its a different kettle of fish when everyone isnt And I dont think its fair to hinder the consistent guys over the say.. Cotchin (example) types.

Btw, what are everyone's thoughts on how te Captain, Vice Captain, and Coach are decided?

Was thinking either most nominated or highest avg for Capains, and either most nominated OR premiership coach for the coaches?

He is only on equal first tied with D. Swan and J. Westhoff for captaincy. Ablett isn't even close to having it 'already won'

most nominated is kind of like the brownlow or coaches votes for each position

i don't mind but voted anyway.

great work on this need to work out when our award night will be and make sure you can be here to do this as part of it.

would be great to have most coaches on will be hard but at least we can do it all and the thread will be there for all to read at a later date.
