Hmmm, maybe back soon after all according to Worsfold:

"Shuey's a muscle strain (hamstring) so he's the one we've got the most idea about in time-frames.
"So I'd say he'll definitely be back."LeCras we're really confident will be back, and Naitanui certainly could be as well."
Naitanui is unlikely return this week though, as he has not run since his last game against Sydney in round 17.
"The rest has done what we expected it would, which is make him feel good," Worsfold said.
"But in terms of what load he can take, that will be tested out."

2 trades left,  on top of 2 leagues, 2 losses in 1 and undefeated in the other, and I have Nicnat, Danger, Hanley and
Nicholls sitting on the pine. The other 3 leagues don't matter .  Next year I''ll just do the main one's, 5 is too much too consider.
In my position I reckon it best to just let them sit where they are and pull the trade trigure only when winning may be in doubt during vital games. All the thought and study that went in to getting  stuffed like this, you've just gotta love SC. Not dead yet but come on SC 2014.

Agree with that Sabre Tigers - Despite all the planning SC can be cruel with injuries and loss of form but that what makes it so much fun and challenging.  I had planned to have 6 trades available at this stage but like you have only 2 and I am sitting on them to finals.  I will be checking opponents team and only trading when needed to ensure win.  Like you am in 5 leagues but, I have only really concentrating on the one I want to win the most and trading with that goal in mind,  and coincidentally I am in top 4 in the other 4 as well  so it shows can be done by concentrating on the most important League to you so would not worry about doing 5 leagues again next year.
However bring on SC 2014

Thanks Ringo and the very best of luck mate. Have been bridesmaid in 11 of 14 leagues up to date in SC, so must be just about due to break my maiden status. Absolutely love SC and the comradery at FF is great to be involved in. Cheers.

I hope you are at least in a cash league otherwise I fail to justify putting in all the hours with 0 tangible return. In my cash league, 3rd - 10th all have the same number of wins going into this last week! Last year was at the work league, half of the teams ppl just randomly put together and never even bothered checking after week 1. I'm in 5 leagues and only one of them is for cash, I don't even bother looking at the other 4.

 ???
Not in cash leagues this year, but four of the one's I'm in are very  competitive. Would like to try a cash league next year and I can see where you are coming from. I spend a lot of time on it because I love the challenge and the game. Cheers and the best of luck in your cash league.

I'm in 5 leagues. Family one I'm always minor premier and 50/50 chance of winning premiership. FF Champs 1st time this year and one I'm most keen to do well in. Others don't matter but I'm in for fun, want to win but don't cry when I lose ;D...those 3 ranked in top 50 leagues. My main focus is highest overall rank...winning finals is a bonus...if I'm ranked high enough I figure I'll win anyway but it's not guaranteed...last year I thought I had the better team in 3 GFs yet won only one...It's all luck...I'd recommend going in 5 leagues as it costs nothing and adds to the enjoyment...just don't worry about them all...if you win...it's a bonus you wouldn't have had otherwise.

By the sounds of this NicNat will be back next week. So difficult to work out who to trade of Nicholls or NicNat:

Worsfold said Naitanui was not ready to return this week against Gold Coast despite the ruckman trying to convince the coaching staff otherwise.

"He's telling Burnsy (Scott Burns) he's available to play this week," the coach said.

"He actually hasn't trained. I don't expect he'd play this week.
