I guess it depends which way you look at it.  :P

Lol guess it must be reasonably fair then

Considering we have Brad Crouch, pick 5, O' Rourke, Caddy and our main mids are still young we feel its a good deal for us

I think it depends on how high you rate Mitchell on who you think wins

All I'm seeing is proven premo for a kid. A very good kid, but still a kid

Mitchell is still a kid who isn't in the best 22 yet. Just think you should have gotten a little more for Swallow

No doubt best 22. Might not have the role he wants over the next 2 years, but is no doubt best 22.

Mitchell will get "pig" status (to use the DTTalk term) sometime in his career, possibly soon. And as O'Keefe is about to go within the next year or two, that just opens up bigger midfield opportunities for him. Get around this lad.

Well from what I've seen to get one of the best young kids in the business you usually have to give up a proven premo

Ricochet

That's fair enough man but you should have gotten more, that trade is uneven. With his injury affected season Swallow is about 6DT points below his average that he has consistently posted for the past 3-4 years. That would put him at 130+ which he was going at for nearly all of his season. Mitchell has posted 111 in his first year but it was still his first year. Kids futures are more uncertain compared to a proven premo who is the captain of his club. Palmer also averaged similar to Mitchell in his first year and won a Rising Star... just saying :P
