You could have been a premiership contender right now if you didnt trade all your players away...

I had like 7 in my best XV players that were 30 i'm not really interested in short term success

People complain and say they would have offered more when they see the trade so i decide to give people a chance to offer more and people still find something to complain about.....

Sorry KB but I have to agree with others. But I don't like an older team either but it is your team, you can do what you like :P

That's our point. You might not win if kb kept his older team.  :P

That's what I meant. I just read back my last post and it makes no sense haha.

Jukes

Hastings trade: Andrew Gaff and Blayne Wilson
Swindon trade: Shane Mumford and NAT Pick 92

PB to confirm

PowerBug

Confirmed. This'll probably come back to bite me, but I needed Mummy to complement Giles, and this was the best I could drag Jukes down to without giving away too many top 15 players. Gaff will be good, hopefully he has another bad year with the tag, Blayne Wilson can have 2nd year blues if he likes :P Mummy averaged 89 last year, in what could be said was a down year, so I'm confident he could go 95 or maybe even 100 at the Giants.

So kb, tell me when your young players get old and you are a shot at winning a flag, will you trade them away again??? It doesn't make sense as to why you'd want to have a skewed side, whether it be old or young. You want to have a shot at winning, whilst having a future, wouldn't you? Winning flags and not losing players would be ideal!

Also, with every team should average 22 players each week from their squads, if I can count my side and see that I could potentially have 31 playing there's something wrong with some teams.

I'll be honest, the reason I've been trading so aggressively and subsequently used all my trades is basically for the reason PB just mentioned. The Lobsters had a good list, but needed depth. I think that I've got that now and should have roughly 22 playing each week, if not more... which is exactly what we want.

i see my premiership window probably in the next 2-5 years maybe even longer i don't see Mackie, Wells or Cox being much help with that

not only that as i have already said without Mackie my defense is still pretty good compared to most teams

Suckling, Hansen, Atley, Clisby, Lester, T McDonald, Pears

i'm only 50/50 on doing the trade i'm still thinking both my assistants think it's the right move for the team why should i care if it helps other teams if i'm not in the premiership window next year?

elephants

Wtf!? Jukes trades in two Eagles players... You feeling ok man?

Justin Bieber

Pfft what a shower trade.

All I know Jukes clearly wins the trade, but pb was the one to push the trade so I'm happy for it to pass

elephants

I dunno, Wilson is probably 2-3 years of getting a regular gig in our back 6 and Gaff will never be elite in a scoring system that places such a massive emphasis on contested ball.

Mummy could well average 100 as a Giant so I see it as good so far.

The Nat pick should be like Nat 20-30 not Nat 90 though.

What about Sam Butler, is he in the back 6?
