Is it time to trade Dangerfield?

My Midfield:
GAJ, Pendles, Swan, Danger, Cotch, JPK, Jack, Mitchell (Hrovat, Martin)
Trades: 2

I have held onto Dangerfield as I have, so far, had good bench cover.  However, now with Hrovat dropped and Martin only an emergency, I am staring down the barrel of at least one donut (assuming Mitchell gets named tomorrow).

Is it time to cut my losses?  Am thinking Beams would be a nice POD and with GWS this week, should score well with the form he has had since coming back.  Or do I look at trading Hrovat or Martin for another rookie?  Are there any with good job security?

Viscount

It depends on your security of finals with two games to go.

It would be good if we had more of an update on his return.

I have kept Danger for another week but am likely to trade Hrovat for possible Jellwood.

With only two trades can you make it to the finals without trading Danger?

I'm in the top 3 in 4 of my leagues and managed to win 2 last week with a donut in my forwards.

I am precariously placed in my 5th league in 7th place and having lost last week. I would have liked to upgrade Hrovat, but only have $50k spare cash so don't have enough.

Check your opponents side.. See if he has any obvious issues then decide

So checked my opponent in my fifth league.  They are ranked 9th, with a full side and scored 2,509 last round.  Beams is so tempting being in good form up against GWS in a team with Swan and Pendles ahead of him for the tag.  But it leaves me one trade left, and no guarantees it would be enough to beat my opponent.  It's also a hard decision given we don't have an update on Danger and when he'll be back.

Should I pull the trigger?

I'd pull the trigger mate, At this stage of the year, while you are in a great spot. The Crows will be in no hurry to bring Danger back and Beams looks to be hitting his straps and provides an amazing POD.

Hi Maggie,

I don't like to say it but it looks like you may have to trade.

Your opponent has very strong team obviously and you still may not beat him if you do the trade to beams or another super prem.

You will however definately lose the round if you don't trade him. How does that place you in your league?

Good Luck
