Yeah you'd have thought similar with Zorko, with Rockliff, Rich, Hanley and Black being tagged first but it has not neccesarily been the case.
Zorko is also not playing through the guys this year which has had a major impact on his scoring! Where libba is a pure on baller. And correct me if I'm wrong but wingard is a 80% mid that pushes forward very hard? Similar to zorko last season?

2014 Midfield:

GAJ, Swan, Pendlebury, Beams, Sidebottom, Rookie, Rookie, Rookie  ;)

>implying Ablett will still have it after watching the last two weeks

Beams, Jelwood, Murphy, Cotchin, Liberatore, Jack Martin, rook, rook

(Assuming Prestia and Wingard have dpp)

Please don't tell me we'll all have to put up with another pre-season of your Ablett bagging. :P

We will see. Nobody listened last time and I picked him up at a 110 average 80k below his starting price :3

He plays back a lot I think, very decent chance.

Yeah, but you were predicting a 110 average or something like that from him. He's still smashing that at the moment.

@Money - I reckon Prestia is a good chance of DPP as well. Still not sure If I'd pick him though.

If he gets Back DPP I'd definitely pick him up, this years backs have provided two 100 averaging players (Goddard, Heppell 99), so if he can do 95 again, will be a good pick I'd say

Here's a very rough 2014 plan for my side

D: Heppell, Prestia, Ibbo, Ellis, Suckling, rook
M: Beams, Jelwood/Cotchin, Murphy, Liberatore, Seedsman, Beams, Martin, rook
R: Leuenberger, Naitanui
F: Rockliff, Dangerfield, Wingard, Zorko, Franklin, Hogan

Probably going a bit over the cap, but meh. Needs Beams and Suckling to be given generous discounts and Prestia, Danger and Wingard to get DPP.

Most likely going to go with Leuenberger and HMac, chuck Naitanui in FWD

I'm unconfident HMac will be a very good pic. Obviously injury prone, but also has to compete with Simpson, Vardy, West, Blicavs and Walker.

He may not be a very good pick but if hes 250k-350k he'll at least be a good one. Most of those players are inexperienced, so if HMac is fully fit he'll get good game time, they also only just recruited him, I wouldn't think they would recruit a senior ruckman then just send him to the VFL

Games: West 53, Simpson 11, Vardy 15, Walker 7, Blicavs 16

Big Mac tops those by 50+ games and the only taller ruckman is Simpson (206) and Big Mac (203)

If Ellis can somehow hold his DPP (unlikely), he's gotta be in, averaging 98 without sub games

henry

I'm not too keen on Ellis either lol, will be getting  bit more attention I reckon, but could be a nice value pick. I think it's very doubtful that Heppell will get back dpp unfortunately, though it'd be great if he did.

Hopefully mcveigh and sam mitchell will get back dpp though, they especially mcveigh would be locked for me.
