Chad Wingard is super dooper locked 2014.
Only if DPP for me. Haven't seen many of his games at all, is his playing mainly mid?

Marc Murphy will be very cheap if anyone's game, not for me though.

Playing FWD with occasional midfield stints.

Didn't realize it was only Wingards seconds year, perfect candidate for the 3rd year breakout

Around 70-80% playing forward, would have to get DPP, pretty much a lock like the view that Rocky was going to get DPP at the end of last year.

Yep Wingard is a sure thing for forward status! haven't missed a Port game this year...It's easy to forget that he is 19, surely should be in consideration for AA, ridiculously good, 300+ games, 500+ goals, 5+ B&F, 1+ brownlow, 5+ AA  ;)

If DPP Wingard will just about be my first picked player tbh.

Everyone seems to be jumping on Wingard, but don't forget you will be bringing him in as your premo, should be heavily priced and might not be worth it if he isn't given more midfield time next season.

I'm strongly looking at Wellingham, hopefully he could get a cheeky discount, but its unlikely since he would have played 10 games by seasons end. But with a low average, potential to go to 90, will be given plenty of midfield and onball opportunity. He is my lock

Adamant

Don't think I'll be starting Wingard either. Only proven performers for me.

I agree on Wellingham I had a look at his scores for the games he has played this year and they are good.If he stays fit next year I see him averaging 90 next season.Plus if he keeps his DPP(can't see why he wouldn't) he'll be a great pickup.

Wingard may also cop more attention/tags next year, which hasn't been the case this season.

I guess us being WCE supporters see's the potential in Wellingham. Definite lock if FWD, but wouldn't be suprised if virtual sports change him to a midfielder. Look at Zaha, in 2012 was a dpp, only played 13 games then changed to a MID for 2013. I do hope he keeps it :)

henry

Yeah for those thinking of starting Wingard, two words: Dayne Zorko.

Wingard will undoubtedly get more opposition attention next year, so not for me. Wellingham is definitely one I've got on my watchlist though

Scrads

Also look at Andrew Gaff from last year to this year after getting attention.

POK252

Dare I say it... Patrick Karnezis?? Been dominating reserves, wants to come home and should be under 200k
