In my league which I sit 10th. ( league ranking is 230 something ). Last week 19th got 2251 and 17th got 2374 :o  1st is on 10 wins 9th is on 9 wins :o Me in 10th with 8 wins. Have to try anything to win my last 2. hahah this league is bullshower.

Holy shower that league sounds so intense ! I wouldn't stand a chance in a league like that. :P

Finally someone who understands my situation! Hahaha, I'm still stuck though as everyone else is against my decision.. Hm.
Mitchell has a higher BE than Murphy so really it's a win win but the only problem is losing a trade and that's the only reason everyone is against me. Ohwell, SC is a game of risks and taking them, so I may just do it.

Sounds like bullshower mate! Yeah I'm playing against some bloke 60th overall or something in the last round and comparing teams I'm in for a good chance, if I can get these players of difference in my team. I have a feeling he's out of trades which works to my advantage aswell. I think I may just go with my but and hope it pays off.

So your saying for only an extra $60-80k I'd be silly to jump off a bloke who before his 86 scores 119, 102, 103, 129 at an average of 113 to a bloke before his 76 scored 171, 101, 136, 176, 129, 143, 148, 107 at an average of 130, when people on here are out of trades and with worse teams than mine and my team is pretty much set with 5 trades and a bit of cash.

I understand there shall be enroads, but surely 2-3 trades over 4-5 weeks should be plenty?

Already have Goldy hahaha, and Maric is averaging near on 100? You're telling me to make an upgrade for less PPG potential? Maric to Minson/Kreuzer is more pointless than Priddis to Griffen, so I don't see where your going with your thoughts.

It's simply too late in the game to be trading one fit premo to another slightly better premo.

I have to completely disagree. You need to be getting in your best premo's at this time of he year bud, and setting yourself up for finals.

I'm honestly stuck now.

Think for a moment, how many times have all your premos been playing all at once? So far we've had the luxury of papering over the cracks through aggressive trading, at some point that won't be possible. In the end, if you have to rely on guys like Clisby and Hrovat you'll be longing for the day Priddis was in your side (or a guy like Grimes in the case of Clisby).

As for Maric, he's tonned up twice in 9 rounds, Kreuzer has tonned up 6 out of the last 7 matches. Form wise there's a big difference.

That's the only reason I'm ready to pull the trigger. It will set me apart me because like I said the few in front of me are nearly all out of trades, and this is when I can make my run. I'm 3rd for overall points which is very annoying.

From one extreme to the next, in my other league ranked 11000th something  I sit 1st with no chance of a lose in the coming weeks. ;D

You have a few days to mull it over anyway. Once teams come out you will see things a lot clearer.

Bully you're exactly right in many ways, but what you said can work both ways.. What happens that day come PF or SF week when you've been keeping both Mitchell and Priddis on the bench, and wasting crucial points and cash, and you lose because you didn't do enough.

SC is a game of risk and reward. How do you think the blokes that are in the top 50-100 are there? They took risks and they paid off. I'm willing to take that risk at my downfall or to my reward. It's at the time of year when you have to make the call, and with 3 trades left I feel I can still have enough to fix any problem that suffices.

I feel Maric can turn it around.. You just have to look at last years scores and know he can score well. Many people have Cox and Nic Nat and have to play them both, so really I'm doing better than many.

Thanks for your input though mate, you've made me think about this in many different ways. Will cheer you, and all of you for your help.

Good luck, I hope it all turns out for best. Just for the record, I'll be bringing in Murphy as well but will be trading up Kyle Martin as opposed to downgrading Mitchell. I'm currently ranked 221 and will be hoping to crack the top 100, hopefully my strategy is the right one.

Im looking at Murph as Im currently running TMitch (Hrovat Kmart) with Dangerfield still out. So im looking at KMart to Murph as I have to trade Goodes out.. what is Murph's BE?

Ill be in the same situation as you but with one better mid than you yet they don't think I should go with the trades!? Effectively we'll both have Hrovat as M10 and ill have Murohy at M9 whereas you'll have one of Mitchell and Murphy as M9.

Ugh, now i'm going for it.

I could wait a week also by the looks of it? I'm just hoping they both go up in value at the same price because anything more than $10k and I could miss out on future upgrades. Love to have another week looking at Murphy but I don't think it can happen :(
