Still a Finals Chance

After the great win over the Cats our confidence is sure to be high, I believe we can still finish 8th.

Remaining Games.

Freo at Patersons
Port at AAMI (Our home game)
North Melbourne at AAMI
Bulldogs at Etihad
Melbourne at AAMI
WCE at Patersons

Freo are down after losing to the Tigers, it's over in WA but we don't have a bad record against them.

The Showdown. Anything can happen.

We beat North earlier in the year, they are very unpredictable but at AAMI we should get up.

Bulldogs at Etihad but a should win game.

Should beat Melbourne

WCE at patersons is a tough one, last time we played there we lost by 95  ??? Should be a good game, could potentially be finals defining for both Clubs.

If we win 5 of the 6 then we are a real chance, what do you guys think?

The problem is even if we win all 6 then we are still hoping that others will slip.

Winning all 6 will put us ahead of the Eagles and 1 game behind Port and Carlton in 8th and 9th. So we would have to hope that they would both drop at least one game and then we jump ahead on percentage, which would be tough considering they both have a higher percentage at the moment. So let's check who those 2 teams play in their final 6 games...

So yeah there are some games that both teams could lose. But honestly I don't think we can win all 6 remaining games ourselves, which is what we would have to do to make the finals. I can't see us beating Freo this week, which will eliminate us basically straight away :(

A fair bit of improvement in these kids since then ;D

This is true unfotunately. Anything can happen in finals however if we make it then the whole world knows that we didn't really deserve it.  :-\
