7 premo forwards dont go into 6, who to play?

Ive got a problem! Ive got 7 premium forwards because I over catered during the bye rounds so I need to work out each week which forward sits on the pine. I chose JJK this week and he churned out 128 which kind of hurt. So I need your help this week to decide who gets the chop, below are the options.

JJK
Dusty Martin
Jordan Lewis
Rocky
Walker
Cloke
Cox

Up against Minson..Cox may struggle so have to choose him. He looks as if age is finally catching up with him

I know I read the same thing straight after I said Cox sits on the pine, Agghh! I really have no idea what option to take, I was thinking of benching Dusty against the Swans given the strength of the Swans midfield, mmm I dont know!
