Watson
Rogers
Hughes
Clarke
Khawaja
Haddin
Smith
Siddle
Bird
Harris
Lyon/Starc, depending on pitch

Yep, this.

Capper

The pitch has been doctored and has some suspicious burnt marks on the pitch, which will help spinners perform.

If Smith doesnt play then maybe 2 spinners will be selected

Smith still looks likely to miss with a sore back from what I have read, so Warner comes in as a straight swap?

I reckon that'd be the case

Would be surprised if he is. Would probably need Rogers to fail, Warner to open again, to make it back into the side.

Squads: England are unchanged. Aus bring in Warner (at 6!), Lyon and Starc. Aus are batting first. Apparently it's a muggy day, but if we get to the last day, it'll be a spinner's paradise.

England: 1 Alastair Cook (capt), 2 Joe Root, 3 Jonathan Trott, 4 Kevin Pietersen, 5 Ian Bell, 6 Jonny Bairstow, 7 Matt Prior (wk), 8 Tim Bresnan, 9 Stuart Broad, 10 Graeme Swann, 11 James Anderson

Australia: 1 Shane Watson, 2 Chris Rogers, 3 Usman Khawaja, 4 Michael Clarke (capt), 5 Steven Smith, 6 David Warner, 7 Brad Haddin (wk), 8 Peter Siddle, 9 Mitchell Starc, 10 Ryan Harris, 11 Nathan Lyon

I actually don't mind this team. It looks a lot better balanced now. A left armer, an agressive Siddle, accurate Harris and a spinner with experience. Not to mention a bit more aggression in the batting with Warner. Disappointed that Bird isn't in there though, and that our highest run-scorer for the series (Hughes) has been dropped. Might not win but should be a much better fight.

This is what the team should've looked like two tests ago.

Watson has been shower this series :( Can't have that from our top order.

Keep it up Rogers :)

I feel sad when Watson is struggling.  :(

I must be the only Aussie who actually likes him?
