Hello guys n gals. I got some concerns as we head to the last 2 games and then finals and I ask for your help. Will cheer all who help out!!

So the story is, im top of the table and have sown up top spot with 2 games to go.

Have 4 trades left with $141,300 in the bank. Major concerns is my back line. B Goodes injury is bad timing. He needs to go but should I hold for 2 weeks and then trade for a premo: Heppell, Ibbo, Gibbs OR take the plunge and trade this week. Also got Jobe on the mid bench but I have cover in T. Mitchell and Hrovat so I am not that concerned about that as they are scoring well.

Defence will look better when you move Staker back to D5.

Is there a forward rookie you are keen on? If so, might as well get Goodes out now and grab that rookie if he is on the rise. If not then hold.

CoxaNui worry me. A lot of us will be stuck with them so just wait and see. Nicholls is good cover.

Bartel in mids is unusual but may well help you out as if he isa rested you can swing him if needed to avoid the donut.

You have 6 forwards who are keepers - just - ie Bluddy ::)

Rucks should be fine.

Mids - a couple of lesser lights here - JOM, Fyfe and Bartel not top mids this year by the looks of averages and you would love to get a Griffen or Beams in for finals. Wait a week or 2 and I think they'll be cheaper.

Watson is a worry. Not sure he'll be back in time for your first final which luckily won't be elimination. Watch this space.

One more defender needed too.

So with 4 trades left - Goodes is a definite out. If you want to keep Staker fwd, wait for Ibbotson, Gibbs or Shaw to drop since you're on top anyway.

I think you'll be better off with Staker back and grabbng a really cheap fwd since Dwyer looks good and you can always swing Bartel forward if he fades out a bit - or grab a cheap DPP for flexibility.

Your def cover is a lot weaker which is why I reckon Staker would help out there more than being 'wasted' up front.

Getting a really cheap F/M would help you afford another decent defender in a few weeks when Clisby tops out or Thurlow returns. That'll be your 2nd trade gone - ie getting a decent D5 like the guys above. Check the math!

2 trades left for finals and hopefully to get Griffen or Beams depending upon Watson.

Hey Mack,

Bartel / SJ DPP swaparoo gives you a full compliment in mids and fwd assuming Spuddy lines up and kicks his usual 8 against Essendon (although I doubt that he will ::))

Goodes to Grimes if you like him - low BE this week I think.

The other one being talked up is Henderson the Crow. DPP to compliment Staker and is running hot with a negative BE. Might be worth it especially if you have a spare trade or two later.

Wonder about Goodes out and swing Staker back to D6. Get X Richards or Oxley in and make some cash for later?

You have Nicholls to cover R2, 6 good forwards (if Buddy is included in 'good'), 8 mids playing with one premium to come in (using cash from Goodes' departure), and one def short.

Hmmmm pondering pondering.

4 trades left, $141,300 bank, 2 weeks till finals. I can either:

HOLD this week and next then first week finals bring in Heater for BGoodes. According to my calculations that would leave me roughly 90k. (141300+439400-490000 approx = 90700 approx)

OR

Dump Goodes this week move staker back bring in Daniher = $426200 in bank. NICE LIKE IT!!!! 3 trdaes left ME NO LIKE

THEN Hold next week, first week finals dump Webster for Heater. 2 trades left for finals.
