I went Pendles and Grimes vinny, moreso because I think Pendles is the clear standout midfielder of that group, and Grimes has decent scoring potential (though his potential for injury is also quite worrying)

Hmm I know Pendles is the second best there is but-

Pendles avg. 125
Barlow avg. 115
Grimes avg. ??
Heppell avg. 95

Which combo will give me more points ?

I also went for Pendles and Grimes, and for basically the same reasons as dj. Also the fact that Pendles is a great option for the captaincy loophole (not to say that Barlow isn't) which means that the extra points he gets can potentially be doubled.

I like Pendles and Grimes.
Pendles is a MUST HAVE while Grimes is very cheap and I think he can match Hepp.

Well, Melbourne have North, GWS, Gold Coast, Freo, Adel, and Western Bulldogs, so I wouldn't be surprised if Grimes could ave 85-95 in that period.  Prob depends how much time he spends in the midfield...

option 2 - just for pendles, would prefer heppell to grimes but only just. where as pendles is a must. grimes also has a pretty easy run home so get on option 2 :)
