The Bomber

I knew something like this was going to happen soon. Watson, Danger and now Goodes...

I was beginning to think getting Ball for bench cover a couple of months ago when we was only 300k was a stupid idea but it is kinda paying off now. Not to mention Mitchell is amazing.

But cover for Goodes is sparce, gotta use one of my remaining 9 trades...

Bulldogs have confirmed it! Double fracture to his left forearm - Will have surgery and miss the remainder of the season.

Vinny

:-[ Looks like he has to go. His done very well this year ! Hope his fit to fire next season.

Bully

For those with Goodes and Staker as cover, there's also the option of holding and waiting for Birchall to return. He's apparently running again and is 2 weeks away (straight from the horses mouth).

Yeah was thinking about Birchall. But I guess he will be underdone.
McKenzie could be another

Was going to upgrade Staker in a fortnight or so but now he will stay as D7 and it will be Goodes who is upgraded.

Thanks for the memories Brett, you have been an asset to the team!

Considered Heater, Ibbotson, Duffield, Enright, Grimes, Malceski among others
Have Goddard, Gibbs, Hanley, Hartlett, Ellis, Staker

Grimes will prol get the nod at his price and the fact he's actually a key midfielder in his side.

Will double down on high risk bargains & go K-Mart to Murphy as well. Living in the edge.

Sounds good to me, I have something similar on my mind.

Ringo

Grimes has been doing some tagging roles lately which may effect his scores. Tagged Rich last night and honours just about even.

Duffield is another option, particularly with Freo's run home.

Yeah I know. But is around the ball & rolls the sleeves up & generally a heady player.
For a cheap DEF that'll do me!

Think I may get McKenzie in for Goodes. Duffield is an option too but after their scores this weekend McKenzie appeals a little more. McKenzies scores have been solid...108,76,91,91,102,88,114,108,93,88,85, 110.
Shame about Goodes....he was a keeper.
