Ricochet

My understanding is that Ellard has already been told he won't be at the club next year. Would be good to see him come home to WA

Noz

O'Keefe would be a pretty good player if Carlton actually give him a chance.

Constantly injured. The Blues liked him which is why they rookie listed him after initially drafting him, but he just returned from another long layoff.

I wonder if that's the case for guys like Duigan and Laidler. They'd be of use to some other clubs.

Not sure on those boys. All three can play but I really rate Ellard. Could be a quality midfielder if he got a second chance

the flying hawk

Collins and Duigan are gone

Mat0369

The Collins for Grigg trade was almost the worst trade ever.

Hey Mat do you think the Blues will look to trade someone like Hampson or Warnock? Maybe given Kreuzer's injury history they willl keep Warnock as back-up, but it appears Hampson has slipped behind Rowe and Casboult in the 2nd ruckman/forward role.

At least one of them are likely to go. I was surprised they gave Warnock a 3 year deal at the end of last season. Apparently they signed him to use him as trade bait at the end of the season which never eventuated. I would rather keep Hammer of the two and let him go into the ruck if Kreuz is injured. He provides more around the ground and can at least play forward if need be. Warnock is a tap ruck and that is it. He doesn't provide a contest around the ground, can't push forward and kick goals. Yet Warnock probably has more 'trade value' so he is the one you look at dealing

Surely Duigan might be worth holding onto after a solid finals performance? Either that or his trade stocks have risen considerably. Mick is so bloody stubborn that he probably still won't play him anyway. I have nightmares about Jason Cloke sitting at full forward :-\

Diesels Pups

Delistings- Davies, Collins, O'keefe, Dale, One of Macarthy or Mitchell
Trade off Lucas, Ellard, Laidler. Duigan may go as well

Mat0369

I was listening to Triple M yesterday in the afternoon. They said that Hammer is 100% gone. He is the 'currency' player to use their words.

Hammer is Hampson?

Yup.

Not sure what currency they are talking about as most teams will try and buy him low. He was smashing the VFL before getting injured, but you are not exactly going to give up much for a guy playing in the VFL
