How have you used your trades this week?

Just curious as there have been a bit of discussion about people having 'completed' teams and have many options this week.
For this poll, a trade such as Terlich to Grimes/Hanley would be considered an upgrade even though Terlich is worth more as Terlich started as a rookie priced player.
Personally I have done an upgrade and a downgrade. My trades are Terlich to Hanley and Hunter to Arnot. I am trying to avoid sideways trading. I am benching Hartlett and Robbo this week. My defenders are all premos and I am playing Staker over Robbo whilst Stevie J is out as Brisbane are playing Melbourne and Robbo is coming off an injury.
