With NicNat struggling and possible withdrawal, I am thinking about playing Rowe for him.
Can't loophole, as Rowe is in my rucks and the only way to put him forward is a straight swap for NicNat and leave NicNat on the pine. With Carlton playing Friday as well, it doesnt give me time to hear any more goss over the weekend.

Soooo do I play it safe and take Rowe's score whatever it is or risk an injury inflected Nicnat score/NicNat withdrawal?

Play nicnat over Rowe... If he's a late withdrawal just have the e on Rowe?

Obviously didnt read my post properly... Rowe is in my rucks and NicNat in my forwards. It is one or the other.

If you're having to ask this question I think your answer is to trade out NicNat. That's what I'm doing.

I did read it lol, didn't exactly say it very clearly...

But no do not play a rookie that has only got only 70 twice, to a premium that has scored under 70 once.
Who are your other forwards/rucks?

My only concern with this is if he gets back to some form come finals time and he really is only struggling with a back complaint.
All this OP, knee speculation could be monkey crap, the bloke is named in the squad and on the field.
I am unsure on what to do with Nic Nat at this point in time, I have been burnt in the past with trading out players who are supposed to be injured, lost a GF last year because of it. Traded out Beau Waters after his "supposed 6 week injury" when in fact he just missed the 2 weeks, ended up having a donut in defence due to lack of trades in GF and my opponent who had him ended up beating me by 80 points and Waters scored just over 100 points in the last round.
With a B/E of 150 if he does end up being sidelined for the remainder of the season it would be ideal to offload him this week, just am unsure. HELPPPPP!!!!

Back onto the topic, I would bench Nic Nat for this week with the uncertainty surrounding him, worst case you will lose 50 points if you take Rowe's score.
If Nic Nat is a late withdrawal you gain 50 points that you wouldn't have had if you didn't know he would be a possible late withdrawal. If that made sense :P
Rowe could also back up his score of last week, with no Waite/Casboult he will be the main target up forward. Weather wont be an issue @ Etihad Stadium with the talls.

Exactly my position Rowe will play but don't know if he will score well again Nic  Nat looks as if he needs a rest my solution is to burn a trade so I can get Staker into my forward line and the Eagles are the last game not leaving a great deal to trade to if he is pulled out , pain in the butt  >:(

True is may all just be over hyped. I mean he is named to play after all. That said, in the run into finals I'm a believer of  better the devil you know than the devil you don't.

NicNat may come good, or he may not, so depending on your trade situation the 'safer' bet is to swap him out while he's still worth some $$

He's predicted to lose $50k over the next 3 weeks, but if you have enough $$ to bankroll that, are running low on trades and have cover/don't need a desperate win then hold.

I don't have those luxuries so I need to swap him to Minson this week, otherwise I may burn two trades getting him out.
