No. There is no point bring in these type of players at this time of the season. You should be looking at premiums or bottomed out premos.

i got enough to get byrnes and barlow for vlastuin and danger. if i shift mayes to the mids, play him i can have byrnes take stevie js spot up fwd. byrnes had 110 on the lions in r5. the dees have bris, nth, gc then gws next four. hes more of a bridging trade.....

am i better off getting josh caddy who has a -2 b/e this week?

I would still play Mayes over Byrnes, but that's just my opinion. If your looking at generating some cash, possibly his team mate Viney. Has a better potential of scoring and he is priced at $208,800 with a b/e of -7. And after this game he will get rid of that nasty 18 in his 3 game rolling avg and should generate more cash.

He only reached the price range he did because a 110 followed by a 115 early in the season  :P I doubt he'll do it again this season, you could make $10k (just to emphasise how bad he is I'm indicating that the overall price rise I stated was not a typo, he will literally rack up jack sh*t profits) if you're lucky though  ;)
