Latest team boys, I have settled on this for 2 days and haven't wanted to do anything to it, which is really strange...

Mignolet, (Boruc)
Mertesacker, Coleman, Reid, (Collins, Clyne)
Bale (C), Hazard, Silva, Snodgrass, (Thomas)
Benteke, Bony, Van Wolfsfinkel.

Thoughts? Every single player in my team + about 15-20 other have got the youtube treatment and I like what most of these guys offer. I feel much more confident than I did when I first started.

A couple of important things I learnt today...

Kacanaklic:

Fulham are pursuing Bakary Sako from Wolves, who plays the same position as Kaca. $3 million pound for someone who hasn't played in the Premiership is somewhat of a punt. From what I read they MAY be targeting him as a tall option to play in behind Ruiz. Will keep my eye out for confirmation that a deal has been done! Then we can work from there on how it will effect Kaca.

Chelsea - Spaniards

Spain play an international friendly in Ecuador on August 14. There is suggestion from The Special one that his Spanish players (Torres, Mata, Azipilicueta) MAY not play Gameweek 1 against Hull City.

However....

The Chelsea game against Aston Villa which is still to be given a date is still likely for Gameweek 1 at this point.

I believe that Boruc rotates with Mingolet better than Marshall :)

Not too sure on where Routledge stands at Swansea, they've made a few signing in their attacking third which makes me think rotation may be a danger for him. I read somewhere that Sissoko wants to play in the hole, if thats the case his scoring will be very impressive! Another I will keep tabs on, thanks ;)

Not sold on Dzeko, I assume he is just a place filler for now. Negredo, Jovetic, Aguero are world class strikers and are seemingly ahead of Dzeko for now.

Your right, on reflection Dzeko needs a rethink.

With Sissoko, I have read he is pretty keen to get a spot where he can showcase his talents for a Brazil call-up. Something else to consider when selecting players on the fringe of their national teams.

I will have another play around with Routledge - For me he is one of those guys if I have him, he does nothing, if I leave him out I watch him score highly game after game!  ::)

Walcott should do just as good a job as Giroud. RVP whilst expensive seems to be impossible to overlook, if for nothing else early on than to not have to think about a captain each week!
