I need help. This week I have already traded out Danger > Barlow. Mainly due the win needed for top 4. What should my plan be in next couple of weeks. I do not like Griffen and dont beleive he will keep it up. I'm thinking Beams, SJ, and a defender.

Defenders are average and I think i will assess just week before finals to see who is in form and then pick.

Yeah, all good now. I reckon you should just stick with the Danger-->Barlow trade for this week, although if Danger is said to be out for less than 3 weeks, maybe hold.
I'd suggest getting rid of Rowe and Gawn for McBean and Minson/premo fwd in about a week or 2.

The week after that, perhaps a double trade of Crouch and Kmart to a rookie and a premo mid (perhaps Jelwood). I think your cash should allow that. This leaves you with 4 trades, and you would be playing Goodes along with one of Nicholls/Gray (depending on where you make your first upgrade). You may even have enough cash to upgrade one of them to a premo using just the 1 trade on the first week of finals, but I'd probably stop there if you're sitting well in your league. Good luck  :)

I would consider reversing the Danger -> Barlow trade. Danger may not be out for long and Barlow is set to take a price hit this week. If you're relatively safe in the top 8 in your league then I wouldn't worry too much, making finals is one thing but you have to have the best team during finals too. I think Danger will be important then...

I think you need a premium F6 as top priority, then R2 and M8 (though Nicholls and Mitchell are both doing great jobs!). Defense I wouldn't be so worried, like you say defenders have been all over the place.

I would be looking at downgrading a cash cow depending on who gets named, in preparation for future upgrades. Rowe, Gawn, Kmart and Crouch - all have relatively low BE but culling one of them should give you about 300k to play with for upgrades. Tough to trade out someone with a low BE but their money making potential is irrelevant if you never get to use it...

This week Gawn to rookie should easily get you Gray -> F6 (Dustbin, Boomer, Walker) and enough left to go Crouch to Barlow next week... And you still have Danger. By my calculations that leaves you 6 trades to get a decent R2 - I'd take that! :D
