I bloody hope Rookie picks are worth a lot more than they are in Worlds...know McLean was available as you said but would be interesting to see who was taken at picks 29 and 43. Quite the trade

rookie picks are very valuable in the euro, we only have 14 teams and small lists so there are heaps of good players avilable.

also petrie is a SC player he isnt that good at DT.

I think everyone would agree that picking up the 11th highest scoring player at that pick would probably be the greatest pick in XVs history. I was looking through the list of unpicked playersand just wanted a guy to sit on my bench thought I was a genious thinking he might go up to 80 given he was a best and fairest winner.

Chris Masten was a pick halfway through our rookie '3rd draft' when we were constructing our initial squads, has been good :)

The scores that are used here, do they include the HGA and other bonuses we get from our other comps?

I'm not sure about HGA, but it would include things like halving OOP and vicecaptains in some comps.

Pretty sure it includes everything but HGA, then you use the multiplier to get the final score. I assume that you would also not get any early team updating bonuses like the 20 point bonus in British?

One possible flaw in the weighting system might not have considered

If we're excluding HGA...

I'm pretty sure the weighting is based on scores with HGA however though. Also due to different ways HGA is worked out it'd sorta skew the data as well and make weighting not perfect.
