Watson and Danger are too $$$ to sit on my mid bench.

Watson is the obvious one to go.

GAJ, Pendles, Swan, JPK, Jelwood and Priddis (with T Mitchell and Neade for DPP) make up the rest of my mids.

As a straight swap this week I will have $590K (not enough for Barlow - but maybe could get him next week with his high BE)

Thanks boys and girl.

I think Cotch is very good value and as you said on the rise. But at this stage of the year you want the very best.

Grab Barlow next week or if your lucky you may afford Griffen as his got a BE of 220. Reckon you will be like 5k short tho.

Suprised you don't have Griff already :P

im going staker to murphy i reckon straight swap :)

tor01doc

The 'Bob' Murphy? Really!

Griffen - missed the boat on him - just got too expensive and with only a few trades left, I figure that saving one trade and getting say Barlow, is better than 2 in order to afford Griffen (who has only scored 107 and 76 since hitting $670K).

You can see why I thought you meant the better Murphy ie Bob?

Staker is not a mid.

Also, why get such an expensive player for your bench?  :P

JBs-Hawks

Dpp is good ;)

And he is the same price as Staker

Hey Doc,

I have had Cotch all year, and to be honest have been disappointed. His last few weeks are ok scoring wise with low 100's but I haven't watched how he's played. I'd look elsewhere personally, probably Barlow

tor01doc

I agree agree agree.

I traded him out at $607K so he seems cheap to me but I think I can win this week holding Watson again and letting Barlow drop a bit more.

Cheers

Harry T

Had him all year, been ok in the games I've watched but doesn't seem to have his early zip. Unlikely to go huge. Reckon with your other mids don't need another priddis, go barlow/griffen

tor01doc

Thank you all,

I am a bit surprised by the poll results.

No is my stance at the moment.

Barrrrrrrlow mate. If you do get him in, we'll have exactly the same Mids. Great minds think alike doc, hey?

But yes wait the week mate, BE of 155 so it'll be worth it. I'm hoping he goes under 110 again and drops to $580k. Will be within my pricing then. But a safe pick, in great form, great draw and in a good team. Can't go wrong could you?

tor01doc

Cheers genius.

Wait a week sounds good.

Just hope NicNat, Buddy and at least one of Neade, Bennedy or Thurlow play.

I might need my dregs with Danger and Watson both missing.

Told you all he was over priced for a 22yr old! :P  Now with the Captaincy he's gone backward like Trengove, not Boak though who has gunned

Look for the Dangerman to Cap in 2013 :o  Maybe Cotchspud will be nice and cheap in 2014

2013 was a fail, told ya ;)

Tbag you only bagged him because you hated that everyone prefered him over danger. You didnt think he would have this bad of a season. No one did. He has clearly played injured since round 5 when he hyper extended his knee. Dont think its fair to compare him to Trengrove. Cotchin is still a gun, just not as dominant as he was last year. The team is better and more spread though so I dont think its bothering them
