Priddis or T.Mitchell - Strategic Play

NEED a league win bad.

Scenario is this:

Him: 50 points + Goodes (89) + T.mitchell (100)

Me: Barlow (134) + Priddis (109) + NicNat (93)

I'm a big believer in backing your premiums but is it worth me playing T.Mitchell to negate any score he gets? Especially since he's playing GWS

I personally would play priddis big match if it's close lots of points up for grabs plus if you play mitchell you need nic nat to beat goodes by 50 and that is a tough ask as goodes will probably get around 70-90 points

I'm in the same scenario. Mitchell could go big and get 120+ but Priddis will 99% certain get you anything between 90-120, so I'd back your premium in this instance! I'd expect you to win anyway mate, quite comfortably infact, so anything Priddis scores compared to Mitchell would be negated anyway. 140 v Barlow and Nic Nat is a walkover to you, barring injuries!

Surely Crowley to Gaff? Gaff gets tagged every single week because when he isn't he's so dominating, and Priddis is more of a tough in and under player, so he's difficult to tag, and I'd say Priddis will just go head to head.. Anyone agree?

Last time out Crowley tagged Shuey, but Gaff and Shuey are the two Eagles players that always get tagged because they can be damaging with their outside run. Priddis rarely gets tagged.

I can see no reason for Crowley going to Priddis, isn't nearly as damaging as some of their other mids and will still get possies regardless as he is so inside

Well then i would definitely go T.Mitchell because as you said that leaves you with Barlow and Nic Nat to beat goodes and 50 points i would say that is a win.
