Best defender under $426k

Dilemma time!

Vlastuin is clearly leaking money, however, I've only got $60k in the bank and can't afford to do a double trade this week.

Is there anyone $426k or under that is worth considering?

It's ugly reading but there are also no good downgrade options and I have Thurlow as D8 so need some sort of coverage. Will consider Wilson if he's named.

Out of those I would probably take a punt on Grimes. Melbourne's draw is fairly good for the rest of the season, and with a bit of luck he can get his scoring back to where it was at the start of the year.

I'm also assuming you have Hanley already?

I like Grimes from that list. Steer clear of Scotland IMO, nowhere near the player he was or role he was playing

Was leaning towards Grimes but the high be is definitely an issue. If only Vlastuin were rested this week, things would be so much easier.
