Cannon or Hanley + cash as last back

Hey all. Trading out Vlaustin as last back and weighing up between cannon and Hanley. I can just afford Cannon by 2k, or should I go for the cheaper option and look at Hanley. At 410k, great value, but Is cannons easy run home worth more than money in the bank. Back like is Goddard Gibbs Hibberd ibbo Terlich Vlaustin.  Staker Clisby.
