i have 8 trades left and 160k.  o'meara has topped out with a be of 94 so looking to bring in the best mid i can.  cannot quite afford griffen without a downgrade elsewhere (maybe l.brown to oxley?).  is he worth the extra trade or should i just grab barlow/jack/...?  pretty happy playing mitchell a m8 so not sure what to do.

my team for reference:

back:  goddard, gibbs, shaw, heppell, hartlett, terlich (l.brown, clisby)
mid:  gaj, pendles, swan, jpk, cotch, priddis, danger, o'meara (mitchell, hrovat)
ruck:  minson, cox (nicholls, rowe)
fwd:  buddy, steviej, rocky, martin, jjk, nicnat (staker, b.kennedy)

cheers

you could prob hold jager. grif has a tough month coming up.

In your situation I think making the two trades is worth it. You will be left with 6 trades which I think is enough.

Brown > Oxley is a strategic trade and gives you DPP so it's not a waste.

Then the other trade gives you Griffen. But keep in mind Griffen is in for a drop in price. Maybe hold one more week.

Wait a week.

Price fluctuations might help you out.

Also, you have very little by way of deadwood there and could wait for rookie ripening for a stack of your players.

He has high b/e of 152, although he has a high ceiling the good teams will look to shut him down. Id hold off and wait for a nice price drop :)

alright i might hold trades this week and see how the scores turn out.
