Going for a bit of a pod. Just which one.

Prestia is a gun and should finish the year strong with his easy draw.
Mcveigh is experienced. Worst score this year is 88 !

What is your price range? McVeigh is consistent, but never pumps out the really big scores, which in my opinion is what you want in a POD, someone who can make or break a game for you.

What about Sam Mitchell instead? Has a couple of lower scores than McVeigh, but then has a couple of bigger ones too.

My other opinion is the mids isn't really where you want the PODs. Mids you want the highest scorers possible, but in the backs and forwards where people are less consistent I think PODs can be used better :)

Thanks for the feedback mate :) I have 532k. Can get the likes of Fyfe, Mitchell, Mcveigh, Prestia, Cotchin, Walker. Just don't want Mitchell, I don't know why just...... Grr.

Out of those 2 I like Prestia

I was going to say McVeigh but if you look at his scores he's only been big (120+) against weaker opposition (Melbourne, St Kilda, North, Gold Coast) and 90-110 against the rest. Still very consistent. Take a punt on Prestia i reckon. Good luck

Holz

Prestia is a big no only a 97 average coming off 2 sub 70 scores in the last 3 weeks.

Mcveigh is good but why not go for Walker who is averaing the most averaing the most out of those guys and gives you extra DPP.

4 135+ scores so he can go big. Isnt as consistent as a mcveigh

has a decent score, in brackets is what he scored on them this year

Stkilda (80) North GC Freo Dogs Richmond (137) Essendon (140) Port (93)

I think you have changed my mind Holz AHHAHA ! I think I might get on walker as DPP are veryhandy come finals time !

roo boys!

I agree with Holz I'd go with Walker out of that bunch, but if you really have your heart set on getting a POD then I'd have to say McVeigh out of those two, Prestia is still young and could well drop off, in fact his last few weeks could be a sign that he is starting to slip away, which is fine for a kid his age with not a lot of experienced bodies in that midfield helping him out.

McVeigh we know what he can do and you can be a lot safer on almost just setting and forgetting him good for a 100 bit like Priddis. I like this security in a player, no pulling your hair out knowing what they're capable of and then they deliver a 60.
