FF Community.

My Fiend of a boss has cut my salary by almost 10%, gets me to sign that new contract on the day he is flying out for a holiday to USA, and tells me to vacate my cave of an office to join the rest of the plebs.

Its a real kick in the guts, financially and morally. I feel devastated and said that to him. My take home pay is reduced by $64 pw.

Struggling to look people in the face.

When I vacate this wonderfully semi-secluded cave on an office, I will have to join the general population. Therefore, I will not be able to scan, chat, vote and research (i.e., waste company time) as much. Flowering shower! >:( :(

So, I suppose I'd like to thank everyone on FF and I hope to be back.

Yeah, maybe.

But, against that, I will say I have been a modest poster over the past year and a half, so its not like I spend all day in here.

My next pay rise is 12 months away, theoretically. As I have been here for over 3 years, with no-one getting a pay rise previously, I have my doubts.

Office back will not happen. The Fiend has plans to move someone else in, when the business expands. Again, I will believe that when I see it.
