keepers bold

Goddard Gibbs Hartlett McKenzi, goodes vlastuin (Terlich Thurlow)
Ablett pendlebury Barlow jpk dangerfield cotchin priddis t Mitchell (Kmart hrovat)
Goldstein minson (Nicholls Rowe)
Cox nicnat SJ bartel rockliff jkk (macaffer staker)

have 8 trades and 27k in the bank

thinking Vlas out to Hanley and rotate both Goodes/Terlich d6/d7 but weather or not to trade Thurlow to Clisby? dont gain a hell of alot plus I can loophole using Thurlow..

or

possible downgrade of Vlas or Thurlow to CLisby and Macaffer to Lamb to fund a fallen premo downback and an upgrade for TMitch??

just not sure one what to do.. need cash I sense but would need to use another 2 trades..

Vinny

I would do your first option and just roll with Mitchell for now ! His pumping out nice scores and hope he keeps it up !

I reckon not doing Thurlow trade is better as its not needed really - Plus the loophole will be handy !

When the time is right slaughter Kmart / TMitchell for a solid premo.

Hope that helped :)

t.mitchell is solid m8 for time being. Clisby could be good bench cover come finals

Well that's the thing, T Mitch is going nicely.. seems to of fitted in perfectly into the Swans line up..so Im not rushing in getting a final M8.. feel like my backline is rather thin also like the idea of rotating Goodes/Terlich (handy Thurlow loophole to a degree?)

just dont know what to with Caff? Staker seems to be a better bench option at the moment..

Hey HotTiges,

How about Vlastuin - Oxley.

Cashes you up ready to handle any issues after teams named each week with one trade.

Also opens up DPP with Staker, you can switch him to defence and emergency loophole both FWD and DEF line every week. In particular I'm looking at Hartlett for those low scores he will throw from time to time.

yes that is another option.. like the idea of moving Staker around which would of been handy in the backline last week.. does still leave me thin in the backline, but to be honest it is chook lotto back there,, Even Nathan Grima is a sneaky option with scores of 85, 107, 108 and 91  ???

HotTiges

so with Goodes, Vlas and Barlow all named.. things are looking better.

so what to do now??

trade out Vlas?? grab some cash from Clisby? means I have to play both Terlich and Goodes this week

is Caff a bench keeper? the only real downgrade is either Murdoch or Je Lamb..

Is it essential that you trade this week HT ? How about Macaffer to J Daniher when he comes back?
Perhaps after that trade out one of your mid reserves, swap either Goodes or Vlastuin there and then bring in whichever def is hot at the time. Also gives you a def/mid link on the bench. Later still trade out Nicholls for the money to anyone cheap, you already have a ruck/for link. That's 3 trades , you end up with money and fill 1 def spot. That's if you're not desperate for points now. Best of luck.
:)

haha wouldn't know what it would be like to HOLD!

Daniher is too in and out for my liking! and by the time he comes back which maybe next week, Caff would of blown more cash!

only reason why Im looking at trading Caff or Vlas is the fact the will drop  bucketloads. Vlas perhaps has better scoring potential and seems to be handy back up.. plus I already have Staker as F7 so Caff is kinda almost hidden at F8 and that's where the cash could be grabbed by using a Lamb or whoever..

Hey tiges, i would go Maccaffer > Jed Lamb. You already have Staker on the bench which is a solid 65-80 everyweek. If you keep Thurlow it means you can rotate Goodes and Terlich as for your d6 postion, so your very likely to get a good return from your d6 everyweek. The other trade i would do is Vlastiun > Hanley. Hanley is nice and cheap and if voss plays him right he is up there with the best defenders. Also i would run with Mitchell m8 for a couple more weeks, swans have dees and gws and i expect mitchell will score well during these 2 games. Mitchell will almost peak in price after these 2 games so if needed you could upgrade him to a Jobe/Swan.

Both docherty and yeo have been dropped and merret the only defender to come in... Does that open up a spot at halfback for hanley?

Lester may revert to halfback from forward pocket but this is Voss we are talkinjg about.
