Need help

Going away with friends on thursday, won't be back for a week, and have no idea if I'll have internet access or not. Likely I'll have to make my trades before I leave, as I have a must win match, although getting a friend to make sure everything goes smoothly.
My team:

Def- Goddard, Gibbs, Duffman, Waters, Birchall, Staker (Brown, Thurlow)
Mid- Ablett, Pendles, JPK, Lids, Jelwood, Priddis, Mundy, T Mitchell (Kmart, Hrovat)
Ruck- Maric, Nicholls (Rowe, Grimley)
Fwd- Cox, NicNat, Rocky, SJ, Buddy, Zorko (Macaffer, Bennedy)

11 trades, $352,800 left. Players I am looking at trading in the next 2-3 weeks are in bold.
Birchall is gone this week, which means I'll have to put my ruck upgrade on hold. Not sure who to bring in, it's out of Shaw and Hibberd at the moment, although Shaw is very expensive.

Trading Birchall and Macaffer to Hibberd and Daniher gives me 494k leftover, which may be enough to upgrade Rowe and another rookie to Minson/Goldy and Hanley next week. Is Daniher the best option, or should I grap someone like Wilson instead (putting Staker into forwards), or even Oxley for def/fwd dpp?
Hoping SJ succesfully challenges his 2 week suspension, will keep him on the bench otherwise.

Any comments from your brilliant minds would be greatly appreciated.

Being a brisbane man would u consider hanley at 435k, bitta value, good replacement for birchall... other trade i would do is maccaffer > martin/nroo and sub rowe and nic nat. martin and nroo are both very cheap and are players that i would look at.
next week i would go brown > clisby and staker > heppell/hibberd/shaw. its alright to run with mitchell m8 for a few weeks as hes scoring solidly.

So this week you will definitely need to get rid of Birchall and there are plenty of good options to choose from. Hibberd, Heppell, Ibbotson, Houli, Ellis and McKenzie all look to be good options so take your pick. I just don't trust Shaw as I have been burned far too many times and he is very expensive. Hibberd or Heppell for mine. Brown to Wilson is the other trade I reckon you should do this week. I prefer Wilson to any other rookies on the bubble as he looks to have better JS especially with all the injuries to WC at the moment including Hurn out for most of the year.

So then you will have 10 trades left and I would look to go Macaffer to Hanley next week by shifting Staker up forward.

So with 8 trades left you will have plenty of cash left so I reckon you should look to upgrade T Mitchell and K Martin later in the year once they have peaked to a premium MID and a gun MID with FWD eligibility. Bartel and A Walker look to be good candidates. I just reckon having that MID/FWD link will be priceless for SC finals if you are in trade trouble or if there are multiple injuries/restings.

This will give you 6 trades left for any LTI's and restings during SC finals.

Cheers buddy. I think I'm just about set on bringing in Hibberd, and have slowly been considering more and more getting Wilson over Daniher. I was thinking of getting rid of Macaffer this week, as he has a b/e of 88, compared to Brown's b/e of just 5. Just means extra money really.
I like the idea of getting a gun fwd/mid, but I also need to make my ruck upgrade as well, so I think that would be more of a luxury trade.

Oh yeah. I forgot to factor in your Ruck situation. Yeah good idea to do the MID/FWD trade as a luxury then.

Goldstein is my pick of the bunch then for when you upgrade Rowe. Goldy hasn't let me down all year!

Yeah, Goldy is my preferred option atm. Can't believe I had him all pre-season, and then decided to change him to Maric because I had the cash to do so. Hindsight is a wonderful thing...

Any final thoughts from others? At this point it is Birchall to Hibberd, and Macaffer to Wilson. Hanley and probably Goldstein next week.

Haha yes, pretty sure Wilson will be named seeing that Hurn is out too for the most of the season !
