Hamish McIntosh? ^

Was thinking about him as well, maybe either him or sandy as R2, both if you're feeling super lucky, why not you waste 394 trades on rucks every year anyway

Haha yeah true! I myself am going one of-

NicNat Kreuzer
NicNat Minson
NicNat Luey
Luey and Michael :P
I don't think I'm gane enough to HMac. I'll have to look how he goes in the Pre season etc.

You mean no fantasy relevancy? You clearly haven't watched him play.

But your putting him in your fantasy team next year so I'd say his fantasy scores are relevant and they have been woeful would rather Zac Dawson

He'll get better. Trust me.

Noz

GHS will get a gig in my team depending on price.

You think he'll get many games. I looked at him this year, but a number of guys seemed to be ahead of him in the pecking order.

Or are you banking on him being traded?

Selwood was talking him up as a chance for leadership/captain material last night at the MVP awards.. assuming you're talking about Horlin-Smith

Noz

Yeah Horlin Smith i was talking about.

I had him locked in pre season but realised that he is behind the pecking order of some of the more experienced mids and if Stokes didn't elevate himself this year GHS would of been seen a lot more. I think he is a shoe in for a break out year next year.

I still believe GHS can be the best player to come out of the 2010 draft.

Rick O'Shea - on the money right there.

Heppell, Bennell, Prestia, I Smith, Wallis, Libber, Darling, Lester, Howe, Parker, Puopolo @ 66  ;D, Duigan and the Gold Coast guys like Gorringe, Day, Caddy, Lynch etc were all in that draft.

GHS - same as a good looking Iraqi (Asif).

Vinny

Choosing a backline next year is going to be quite difficult.

Lots of aging guns to get DPP though. Mitchell, McVeigh, Bartel, Simpson etc.

If Stokes didn't elevate himself in the middle this year GHS would of been seen alot more.

Take away his 2 games where he was the sub and he averaged 78 in one of those games he was playing a defensive role on Watson for a 68 then the following week he injured his leg resulting in a poor score of 54. His last 3 matches in the VFL have been superb would not be surprised if he is called up this weekend to play against Port.

In his first year he finished top 10 in the Geelong VFL best and fairest and top 5 in the VFL JJ Liston medal, Was given the best player for Geelong during the VFL campaign last year.

If you are still doubting his talent i urge you to go back to round 4 and watch his performance against Sydney 15 contested possessions 7 clearances and a goal to go with his 23 possessions and then against Melbourne in round 16 where 14 of his 16 possessions were contested.

8 matches in the VFL this year and has kicked 9 goals and has been named in the best 5 times

With Bartel spending less and less time in the middle, Corey and Chapman slowly drifting towards retirement and James Kelly reaching into his 30s. 2014 will be the year where GHS stamps his mark on the AFL.

How good is McVeigh  8)
A lock next year if he's a defender which is very likely.
