boyd at 103 average isnt cheap enough but Pav low 80s definately looking at.  dale thomas at 79 average is a lock if he is named round 1.

he has to be fully fit for me to do that at 96 average he isnt a lock but he is a guy to think about.

Mummy at 92 is worth a look if he moves clubs.

Sandi you could argue would have to be a lock if named round 1, priced at 64 and had a good finals campign.

I'm going with Nic Nat/Sandi now that Holzman has pretty much sold me that Nic Nat won't be DPP.

I think I can risk it, and if Sandi does go bust I can easily up upgrade to Mummy/whoever is playing well or sideways to Hmac. Will look at preseason but his finals campaign was super, and he looked back to his best. Don't know what the story will be with Griffin back but wouldn't expect he'll be in the team with Clarke and Sandi #1 and #2 ruck.

And we all waste 892292828 trades on ruckman each year anyway. I started with what I thought was a safe ruck option this year (Maric, Jacobs), but it ended up turning bust. Won't ever do that again.

I think you need at least one safe ruckman such as Goldstein in your rucks.

Going a combo of NicNat and Sandi/HMac is too dangerous IMO.

Sure take a risk with one of them as your your R2 but make sure you have a stable ruck at R1.


At this stage I'm thinking of going Goldstein as R1 and NicNat as R2 if he is only a ruck and has had a solid pre season.

Am also considering Sandi and HMac as R2 aswell.

Or I could jsut go set and forget with Goldy R1 and Minson R2.  8)
