what's done is done....

Haddin was out, there was a definite noise, snicko picked it up, and hotspot did (faintly) he turned around as soon as it went past. It was a shower shot to play but that should not overshadow his brilliant innings.

Like it or not, the right decision was made, albeit controversial.

I reckon there was a spot there before the ball went past :o (on Haddin's hotspot)

Interesting... In a round about way Swann is calling Broad a cheater.

JBs-Hawks

and the sound looked like it was there before the ball went past the bat. definitely not conclusive.

Definitively Inconclusive :D

So the talk is that Cowen is not looking a certainty and Starc is a possilby change and that is from Lehmanns mouth.

Well Khawaja should take Cowens spot but whenever he is in line for a call up they bend over backwards not to incude him now they are thinking of going in with one less batter and including Lyon for Cowen. My question is surely Khawaja has done something wrong as he has been sitting around as the sub now for two years. The homework saga is over so that is not it. Does anyone know?

Not sure Fidou, Khawaja needs to make more runs when he gets his chance thats for certain...

Id rather Warner, he attacks and has a swagger that can take over a game quickly, shouldnt have sent him away #0_o

Clearly we have to make changes to the drinking game as many werent used at all.

We need to add one for everytime Clarke loses a DRS decision and maybe drink for every 10 seconds of dead air, when the English comentators dont say anything

BratPack

Just take one for every time I call Michael Clarke a knob, you'll be hammered by Lunch on the first day  :P

Yeah agree, ever since he replaced Ponting in the last Ashes series and was seemingly the heir apparent and the next in line they've done their best to not pick him. The selectors have said in the past that they've had a problem with his attitude and his work in the field, would like to see him get another chance, I've got him ahead of steve smith. He is a genuine number 3, unlike Cowan which for some reason the selectors seem to persist with playing 3-4 openers every game. Starc for Harris is a change I'd be happy with but Starc would be a bit stiff, didn't perform horribly. Don't like the idea of 5 bowlers, weekens an already very weak batting attack, and not sure about bringing in lyon either. In the last test it was the seamers who got all the wickets, even swann didn't get many when everyone expected him to dominate on days 4-5.
Cowan for Khawaja and possibly Starc for Harris are the changes I would make.
