To Griff or not to Griff ?? .......that is my question

l really want to get him into my team, and was going to wait till his price dropped  :(

With Vlas in for a big price drop in coming weeks l'm trading him out......which leaves me with 2 options

*l have $233,200 in  the kitty

1. trade Vlastuin & Rowe to Griffen & Daniher ........ l have to trade Rowe to be able to afford Griffen

2. trade Vlastuin & Elllis/Goodes for Cotchin & Hanley/Ibbotson/Hibberd

at the moment the premos l have are.......

Def: Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell, Shaw
Mid: Ablett, Swan, Pendles, Watson, Kennedy, Deledio, Stanton (hmmm Stanton  :-X)

This would leave me with.......

Option 1.
Def: Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell, Shaw, Ellis, Goodes
Mid: Ablett, Swan, Pendles, Griffen, Watson, Kennedy, Deledio, Stanton

Option 2.
Def: Goddard, Gibbs, Heppell, Shaw, Hanley, Ellis
Mid: Ablett, Swan, Pendles, Watson, Kennedy, Deledio, Cotchin, Stanton

he does look good but i think he's paying way overs at the moment, i'd wait for that quiet game where a tagger gets a hold of him and then jump on as that rolls out of his pricing

this is really funny, have a look at your display pic and the caption underneath it. caff tagged griffen and got smashed. griff is untaggable

He's playing as well as Ablett at the moment, this needs to be taken into account. He may dip in price, but then again, he may not. Big call either way, well done to those who took the plunge early.

Option 1 by a country mile. In a couple weeks if you want Hanley that is the time to get him. Downgrade a defender to Clisby if he keeps performing relatively well and then turn Goodes/Ellis into Hanley. It just depends who the rest of your mids and forwards are.

Griffen is over priced now but bear in mind he is versing melb and gws in his next 2. I wouldnt bring in cotchin and hanley because they are both out of form at the moment.
