Starting with Danger. Then trading him out 5 minutes before the start of round 6 - where he got 173.
My thinking: I paid over 600k for a player who was averaging 90.

From the moment I traded him out until now, he's averaged 130 -.-

Trading in Daisy Thomas one round and having to trade him out the next.

Could be top 1000 or even 500 if not for DIXON - a 52 and more doughnuts than I could eat dropped about 4 or 5 K in the rankings and wasted a few trades. GRRR!

Other than that I've had a pretty good run.

Being hoodwinked by Brisbanes NAB Cup and starting some Brisbane Players who I should not have  - Karnezis. Docherty, and Rockliff (to a certain extent)  looking at you but not all your fault as you were a victim of Voss's shocking coaching and his revolving door policy. I will exclude Hanley and Moloney from this as I still have Hanley and Moloney became Griffin when he peaked, Also had Rich as a POD but injury forced that change.

Bad trades
Gibbs to Hartlett when Gibbs was injured and paid premium price for Hartlett.
Blicavs to Hannath when Blicavs was not named, Hannath subsequently became Nicholls so wasted trade.
Thurlow to Birchall maybe - jury still out but not starting well.

So putting this into perspective biggest mistake like Doc says playing SC again.

So what is everyone's biggest mistake this year so far?

Mine would be trading out Roughy after 2 rounds, such a rookie mistake!

I dont see this as a mistake mate as it depend on who you traded him to. I did the same and traded him to SJ and pretty happy with that trade. Remember we have extra trades this year so not such a big issue.
