But when he first got injured it didn't say 9 rounds straight up, anyone would have got rid of him after that, I believe it was like a one week injury which turned into 4 and then it use snowballed from there,

I've managed to survive with a non-playing D8 this far. There's just always been more important trades. Other than Thurlow, I haven't really liked the looks of any other defensive rooks anyway.

Yeh I kept him too. Obviously if I had known it would be 9 weeks I'd have traded him but they initially said 2-3 I think. To be honest, once it got to about 6-7 I just decided to ride out the pain because he was bound to return sometime in the season.

No way will he be rushed back after a lengthy hip injury, he will need to get some fitness in the twos and even then he will be managed you would think....
