Not sure yet. If viney plays I'll have 18 this week and might keep him, otherwise might trade him to boyd.

Same question could probably be asked regarding Nick Vlastuin.

why?

a BE of 54, and should be playing this week
not taking him out, especially considering my main defs are decimated anyway (Gibbs, Goddard, Heppell)
Richmond have already had their bye (rd 11)

BE is actually 74...

He's in a similar position to O'Meara in the way that he's a rookie playing very well. Eventually he will have to go, or will people keep him (similar question to this topic).

Just throwing it out there.
The difference is vlastuin is a defender averaging 80 odd rather than a mid averaging 80 odd (omeara), which is not to far away from keeper status. I plan to have him and brett goodes as d6 and d7 for most of the rest of the year with my def premos being goddard, gibbs, heppell, hibberd and hartlett.

antonc

He will turn into  Tmitchell this week
Will have 600K + in the bank for double upgrade next week :)

+1
I don't have Vlastuin but I'd field him over hartlett tbh :o

Chelskiman

JOM > Mitchell
Rowe > Stevie J

That still leaves me with over $100k so I'm going ok for now.  I do need to start bringing in some premium defenders as my firwards are complete, my rucks are complete and I only need one more forward.  Gibbs after his bye is the obvious target.

fertalong

I really want to keep him, but with Swan, Pendles, Ablett and Stanton already in my mids, carrying JOM through R13 will just weaken my team too much.

rider

Already pulled the pin last week as i had too many Rd 13 players i couldn't wait till this week to start ousting them... Shame i missed his ton, but i got Barlows so not upset. Its his time to go, he isn't a keeper he is a cash cow, more so than ever with 44 trades!

Jigsaw

Already pulled the trigger on him last week. Was painful to do, but was for the good of my team.

Barlow was my trade in.

m_zulian

upgrading him this week. had 2 midfield donuts last week..only want one this week.

m_zulian

With Evans now out I will upgrade him and keep JOM if hrovat isn't named.

Alka

I think due to byes he'll be going from most teams. Without byes it might be a different story.

However with T.Mitchell appearing on the horizon, there's someone easily taking his place. Jaeger becomes Boyd, who should net me a decent +15-20 per week.

Should be the perfect D7. Although I'm tossing up between him and Goodes for that spot.

its me lads

Jom is the last rookie in my midfield. If i can keep him without copping a donut then I will. If he sits at m8 while I upgrade forward and defense first then ill be happy. He'll be last upgrade.

Quick question: Who has more money left to make JOM or Pittard? I can trade either one out for T. Mitchell, and am unsure on which...

Keeping in mind that Pittard would most likely sit on my bench, while jaeger would either be M8 or M9...

Artax

Pittard has more money to make but he has to be playing to make it! JOM isn't gonna make a heap more but is far more reliable?

Either way get Mitchell into your team for sure.

Had to do the same but did it today, JOM for Barlow.

Ball is my 9th mid who will provide good depth during the last half of the year.

browny_wce

yeah originally went Crouch > TMitchell and OMeara > Kornes

but kinda want to keep the JaegerBomb so reveresed and have now gone
Crouch > TMitchell & Laird > Enright (or maybe Ibbotson)

wanting to keep Jaeger as he is looking nice as a 6th or 7th mid
