Decided to start an association team without a fantasy draft, after all fantasy draft is basically soft core isn't it Q? ;)

Playing with the Knicks, Jay fell asleep so I didn't have any advisers to help me out, but made quite a few changes to the roster before the first game of the season. All the list management stuff is pretty new to me, so don't think I'll be too good at that stuff just yet. :P

Harden/JR Smith
Anthony/Novak
Ibaka/Faried
McGee/Chandler

Need to get a Kidd replacement ASAP, was planning to chase CP3 through FA but our cap space dried up with all the trades.  :-[

How'd you get Harden, Ibaka and Faried whilst keeping Chandler, Felton and JR  :o

Well first up I was looking to trade Stoudemire, didn't want to deal with his contract/injuries. I think he had some overs trade value (was 4 or 4 and 1/2 stars) so tried to do him + Shumpert for Harden and Ibaka. They kept asking for Felton but I wasn't too keen on making Kidd play 30 mins a game when he struggles a bit offensively in this game (or he does for me).

So ended up with -

Knicks trade: Stoudemire, Shumpert, Thomas Brewer
Thunder trade: Ibaka, Harden, Sefolosha, Perkins

I didn't want Sefolosha or Perkins, esp Perkins because his contract was pretty big and he wouldn't get minutes with Chandler around, originally I was trying to move Chandler and Perkins as a package to get a DMC or Bynum esque player but that didn't really fly. Ended up going to the Nuggets and trying to get some more youth, we ended up getting -

Knicks Trade: Perkins, Sefolosha, 14 1st round pick, 13 1st round pick
Nuggets Trade: Faried, McGee

Not too concerned about losing the picks as I think they will be in the 20s anyway and we have some solid youth now, as I said earlier though need to find another PG haha.

Different consoles might make it difficult, pretty sure I am the only one that plays on PC.

Just traded Kidd for Augustin and a first rounder only for Kidd to announce his retirement 1 game later. ;D

Yeah only problem with that is difference consoles, hence just doing it separately.
