The 2 best teams in each conference are all through to the championship games. Cant wait for Monday!

I didn't see the 9'ers game so I have no comment, I did see the Colts game and the Pats did receive a ton of favourable calls. Blount did rape the Colts D and pretty much carried the team to a win along with some critical interceptions from the D.
Blah blah blah favourable calls ::) we pounded the Colts and are through to the AFC championship game... Again!

If you don't think the Pats were aided by the refs when the game was still in contention you are in denial Jay. It won't matter in the end because the Broncos are going to destroy the Pats and the winner of that game is going to lose to the winner out of the Seahawks/9'ers game

The 'tripping' was the only obvious no-call, refs didnt have much impact at all.

Umm, we beat the Broncos this season and we're probably better now with our power running game... I dont trust Peyton in high-pressure games, especially against a QB that has the wood over him in Tom Brady!

Pats are always a bit favoured and were on Saturday

but

they still deserved to win, easily. maybe if it was a 1 or 2 score game you could maybe argue for it being robbed, but not at 21 points.

This is the nicest thing you've ever said about the Pats ;D very proud!

aww you're too kind :3

I guess my hate for the seahawks kind of dims down it for the pats

I admit, seeing Tom on the sideline knowing it was over had me choking up a little :'(

Things may have been different had Talib not gone down... Just sayin'

My predictions weren't bad at all :o

Just done my playoff predictions...

This week:
Indianapolis Colts defeat Kansas City Chiefs
Philadelphia Eagles lose to New Orleans Saints
Cicinatti Bengals defeat San Diego Chargers
San Fransisco 49ers defeat Greenbay Packers

The Bengals over the Chargers is easy, they are just the better football team and havent lost at home all season. 49ers are probably the 3rd best team in the league at the moment and should take care of the Packers with Rodgers still a bit rusty. The other two games were very hard though... Chiefs have a nice road record but I just think that the Colts offense will be able to put enough points on the board to just squeeze by with the win. I know that the Saints dont play well away from home but the Eagles cannot defend against the pass, and I think Drew Brees will pick them apart to get the Saints over the line in an upset.

Next week:
Denver Broncos defeat Indianapolis Colts
New England Patriots defeat Cincinatti Bengals
Seattle Seahawks defeat New Orleans Saints
Carolina Panthers defeat San Fransisco 49ers

Broncos only lost once at home and the Colts defense just wont be able to stop Peyton Manning, cant see what happened in their regular season occurring again, would be interesting to see him come up against his old side in a playoff game though! Patriots are 8-0 at home, whereas the Bengals are 3-5 on the road... I dont care how good the Bengals defense is, I cant see Tom Brady losing this one up in Foxborough. Saints wouldn't win 2 road games in a row, Seattle are almost unbeatable at home, pretty easy game to call here. The Carolina game was so hard to pick but I think the Panthers defense would limit the San Fran rushing game and the Panthers won last time these two met which that was in San Fransico... So Panthers, just!

AFC and NFC Championship games:

Seattle Seahawks defeat Carolina Panthers
Denver Broncos defeat New England Patriots

The top 2 seeds in their respective conferences all advance to the championship game. I think the Seattle Seahawks would shut down the Panthers in a low scoring game. Wouldn't be surprised if it was similar to how it turned out this season with Seattle winning 12-7. Both teams have great defenses with Seattle's just getting the edge, and I believe Russel Wilson would have more chance scoring than Cam Newton would. Seahawks advance to the SuperBowl
On paper the Broncos should destroy the New England Patriots, but instead it will be a close game. If Brady had a full strength team and given his psychological edge over Peyton, I think the Patriots would win it... But instead, his team is really banged up and Denver would deserve to be the favourites in this game. Pats will fight until the end but being held in Denver, I think the Broncos advance to the SuperBowl.

Superbowl:

Seattle Seahawks defeat Denver Broncos

Well this was pointless wasn't it, the two top ranked teams both advancing to the superbowl. What a matchup this would be! The best defense vs the best offense. Not sure I could trust Manning in this high pressure moment and I think he might just get stifled by the Seahawks D. Seattle won 40-10 last time and although I dont think it would be a blowout, I got the Seattle Seahawks winning the SuperBowl and Peyton Manning again facing questions about his playoff ability.

flower Crabtree haha. Sherm is a beast and that interview is GOAT :P

Mat0369

A lot of people are not happy with him but I loved it. The difference with Sherman is he talks trash but he backs it up every time. Unlike a bunch of other fools aka Jason Babin and Vince Young

People say players dont show enough passion and all that stuff but when Sherm does this, people lose their shower ::)

I am curious to see Skip Bayless's reaction. Sherman went about his bidness ripping through him last year on First Take and everyone knows Skip likes to talk a bunch of crap
