Can we still rely on Gaz as Captain in a wet weather game?
Swan or Pendles vs Melbourne is tempting, but hate taking the C off Gaz.
Gold Coast could get a win at home.

Stevie was my VC. Thought I was on a good thing too!

Wet weather means more contested ball. Ablett is clean enough that he should be able to still score well. I would take Ablett more for the fact that you don't know for certain if Pendles or Swan will play on Monday since they could rest one or both against the Dees. You wouldn't expect both to be late withdrawals, but it is one of those, take the certain points or take the risk.

Cheers again Mat!
Dude you're working overtime lol.

I thought there was the same amount of points to be shared wet or dry? Still going GAJ into pendles.

True, true.
Hope Gaz dominates.

Disposal efficiency hurts in SC and it is harder to be clean in the wet. It should also be a closer game then Melbourne and Collingwood, so I expect touches to be worth more if Ablett can use it well. North generally don't tag, so he will go head to head. I have the VC on him and if he scores under 130 I might go Pendles. But if I had to pick one, I would back Ablett.

Someone else put it perfectly a few weeks ago, went something like "While everyone else is slipping around trying to pick up the ball, GAJ will be running away with it."
